• Job Description

1.     Manage and configuration network devices

2.   Daily activating and monitoring conection from JONEC server to JONES

3.     Daily and monthly report activities statistic troubleshoot and utilitation

4.     Providing access to the network system for internal users to be able to carry out the work of each business unit.

5.     configure related network devices, monitor performance and manage LAN and WAN networks well.

6.     Prepare logistics for branches and head office (especially networks devices.

7.     activate terminals, routers, switches and other network devices.

8.     perform network recovery in case of failure.

9.     perform management and maintenance for system backups.

10.   Supervise all company IT network devices at head office, branches and data centers which include: Production Services (provision of telecommunications networks and equipment) and also doing Maintenance of company IT network infrastructure

11.   Maintaining a network with a focus on a high, secure and well-connected level of connectivity for internal users, which also includes infrastructure planning and network design, good security and administration systems, monitoring network performance and improving it as well as finding solutions and analyzing problems that arise.

12.   Monitor the Front Office application system running smooth and well.
